The location was fantastic, perched on the Sunset Strip with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. but the service and cleanliness issues seriously detracted from the experience. While the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, I encountered several frustrating delays that made my visit nice for all the wrong reasons.
